Have you trained as a reflexologist but haven't practiced in a while (for months or years) or would like to learn new techniques - this course is for you.

Reflexology Refresher Course (1 day)

What you will learn - 

  • Update and reinforce your existing knowledge and skills as a reflexologist
  • Have a solid knowledge and understanding of the main reflexology techniques
  • To feel confident to give a full reflexology treatment
  • Review and practice the reflexology techniques in a relaxing treatment
  • Cover brief theory of reflexology, covering benefits, uses, cautions and contraindications
  • Discuss treatments for different aspects of a person wanting to receive a reflexology treatment

Prerequisites - Reflexology Level 3 (or above) Diploma and hold a valid anatomy & physiology Level 3 certificate. 

Duration - 1 Day  Time: 9:30am-5:30pm (mostly practical)

Small in-class learning, 8 students max. Mostly a practical class.

Cost - £180.00 

Accreditation - FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) Accredited

Assessments/Exams: Ongoing assessments throughout the day - certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the day and when the tutor is satisfied with your level of competency.

Course Materials - all course materials are provided, including a hard copy manual, extra hand outs, couches, towels, oils.

What you need to bring to class - tunic or therapist uniform, lunch and a willingness to learn!
