Cancellation Policy

a)     Allocation of places on the course will be under the discretion of Airmid Academy

 

b)    All payments should be in GBP Sterling by Bank transfer, SumUp or Cash.

 

c)     Deposits are to be made in full no later than 7 days prior to the course date.

 

d)    Failure to attend any class will result in the loss of all payments already made.

e)      If a repeat exam is required, an admin and exam fee of £35.00 is required.

 

f)      Refreshments such as tea/coffee/water etc. will be provided during the course day but lunch, dinner and accommodation are the responsibility of the delegate.

 

g)     Unless otherwise stated, courses will start with registration on the first evening at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start and finish no later than 8pm. Please arrive on zoom in good time so that the course start time of 6:30pm is not delayed.  

 

h)    All course materials are the copyright of Airmid Academy and no part may be reproduced or used for teaching purposes without written permission from Airmid Academy.

 

i)      Airmid Academy does not accept responsibility for changes or cancellation of courses due to circumstances beyond their control. Every effort will be made to contact students well in advance and, if necessary, deposits will be refunded in full. Airmid Academy will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of course cancellation. 

 

j)      In line with other holistic training organisations, no responsibility will be accepted in the highly unlikely event of any detrimental effects of the holistic tuition.
