Yin Yoga with Joanne - One Sunday per Month
Joanne has many years experience as a renowned Yoga instructor.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, passive style of yoga where practitioners hold seated and reclined poses for extended periods, typically 3 to 10 minutes, to stretch deep connective tissues like fascia, tendons, and ligaments rather than muscles.
Yin Yoga minimizes muscular exertion, uses props for support, and focuses on mindfulness, flexibility, and nervous system regulation to counterbalance active physical activities.
Joanne runs her classes one Sunday per Month from 7pm at Airmid Academy. £20 per class (times may vary slightly)
