Hatha Yoga with Emma

Emma is a physiotherapist and has a passion for Yoga, health and well-being. 

Hatha classes are widely practiced for physical strength, flexibility, balance, and mental calm, making them accessible to beginners and all levels. 

Class structure typically involves:

  • Breathwork: Pranayama exercises to regulate vital energy (prana) and calm the mind. 

  • Static Poses: A mix of standing, seated, and reclining postures performed mindfully with clear cues. 
  • Relaxation: Ending with meditation or Yoga Nidra to integrate the physical and energetic benefits.

Emma runs her classes every Monday evening from 7pm at Airmid Academy. £10 per class
